This text explains how the Nó Woodwork online store works as well as its sales conditions.

 

The Nó Woodwork website is a website dedicated to the sale of kitchen items made from wood.

 

All items are marked with a sales price including VAT at the legal rate in force.

  

To order one or more items, simply follow the instructions provided on the website.

 

Payment can be made using any of the options available at the time of payment on the checkout page, and the customer can choose the method that best suits them.

 

 Orders will only be shipped after payment is made.

 

Our shipments are made through CTT (Correios de Portugal).

 

The delivery time will depend on several factors but, under normal conditions, it will take 1 to 2 days for mainland Portugal and between 1 and 4 weeks for Europe and the rest of the world.

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order. This information is made available when completing the order.

 

Customers will receive, by email, the registration number of their order so that they can track it, through CTT's online services at www.ctt.pt.

   

Nó Woodwork is available to provide a full refund to the customer in the event of lost registered shipments. If the order is returned to the sender, it will only be resent after payment of new shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.

   

Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes (RAL)

In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to an alternative consumer dispute entity, which are entities authorized to carry out mediation and arbitration of consumer disputes and which are registered with the RAL entities, provided for by Law No. 144/2015.
